My Ward Info

One place for the week's program, calendar, and leaders.

A simple, well-kept website for your ward: this week's bulletin, the calendar, leader contacts, and reminders.

Your location stays on this device — only a rounded position (about 100 m) is checked against meetinghouses, and nothing is saved.

For leaders

A few things, kept current

Start with the bulletin and the calendar. Add reminders and the bishopric tools when the ward is ready.

  • The bulletin, on every phone

A short form on Saturday becomes Sunday's program: presiding, hymns, speakers, announcements, second-hour rooms. Printable as a half-letter sheet.

  • A QR code at the door

One scan opens this week's bulletin with no app and no sign-in, and the ward's leader contacts are one tap away.

  • A calendar that stays current

Subscribes to the ward's Church Calendar feed and filters out the noise, so recurring activities and stake events show up on their own.

  • Reminders members choose

Members opt in to email or text reminders for the events they care about — youth activities, ward parties, temple night — and nothing else.

  • Leaders and callings, by consent

A directory of who serves where, with contact details shown only when the leader chooses to publish them.

  • A quiet place for the bishopric

Callings in progress, people who need a visit, interviews and agendas — dated, encrypted, visible to the bishopric only, and never a replacement for LCR.

Setting up a ward site starts with the bishop's approval and two editors. Sign in and we'll walk you through it.

Independent, by design

This site is not an official website of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is maintained by its members to assist with their callings and is not sponsored or endorsed by the Church. My Ward Info follows the Church's guidance for member-run ward resources: bishop approval before a site goes live, the ward's name but never the Church's in the site name, no Church symbol or wordmark, contact details and at least two administrators, consent before any personal information is shown, and nothing that duplicates Member Tools, the Church Calendar, or LCR.
